Freshen up Your Faith

Hey Reader,

It's time to Freshen Up for the New Year.

It was late in the day, after a long tedious day of work. My day starts very early, getting ready for work before daylight. Full face of make up and fixing my hair, but now it is the late afternoon and I still have a meeting tonight. So it is time to freshen up my make-up. I add some lipstick and use a little of it on my cheek bones blended in with my fingertips. I went through the make-up bag in my purse. Here is some eye liner that will be of some improvement.

Freshen-up: renewing my appearance that was cheerful this morning but has grown dull during the day.

The other night the Lord woke me up with the phrase of Fresh Faith. It’s not that I didn’t have faith, but the days are busy and long and attention focuses on the tasks at hand: faith becomes dull.

Our mind wanders to the needs yet to be met or the pain in the hip or diagnosis from the doctor. Thoughts cloud our faith filled thoughts. Our sword of the Spirit becomes dull and needs to be sharpened. (Read More)​

January Scripture calendar is focused on faith. Patience and endurance is required when we are standing and believing. February we will focus on Patience and Endurance.

2026 will be our year to grow stronger and have a deeper walk with the Lord.
